We book up quickly! Especially during holidays and the times kids are off from school, Spring Break, etc. As soon as you know the dates you will be in town, call, text or email us ASAP to secure your spot.

 Waivers must be signed before getting on the boat. Each guest must sign a waiver.   Parents must sign a waiver for each minor child. Waiver link 

Arrive 15 minutes early in case you need to call for directions.  Our trip starts and ends promptly at your booking time as we are typically booked back to back.

Be ready for the sun, beach and water! Sun screen, towels, cameras are a must!  Snacks and drinks can also be brought on the boat.  A cooler is provided.

 You are welcome to bring your own board, however we do have equipment for wakeboarding, wakesurfing, and skiing. We provide nothing but the best equipment in the industry and over 20 years of experience teaching watersports.  Our sponsored brands include RONIX, Inland Surfer, PHASE 5, and Nautique.

48-Hour Cancellation Window:

Customers may cancel their reservation for a full refund  48 hours before the scheduled charter.

Cancellations Within 48 Hours:

Less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable. No-shows will also be charged in full.

Weather & Captain’s Discretion:

Charters are subject to weather conditions and the Captain’s discretion. If a trip must be canceled due to inclement weather or safety concerns, as determined by the Captain a refund or reschedule will be issued.

If the captain deems the weather unsafe for departure, a refund or time credit will be given. Once the boat has departed, if less than 50% of the charter is complete before weather occurs, a refund or credit will be given. If more than 50% of the charter was completed, no refunds will be given.

When you arrive, please park in the lot across the street from the marina. Parking is free.  When you get to the marina, go to the boat rental area and ask for Captain Dustin or Caleb  with Marco Watersports.
